Swordquest: Waterworld Complete in box with every poster, book, comic, and entry form included.   Absolutely everything, and an excellent condition cartridge.  Box is open and contents have remained in very good shape, box is pretty  good. VG

2600 Prototypes

Crazy Climber Best prototype, I don't see it is different from a released game  
Bionic Breakthrough Game intended to be used with the Mindlink controller, which I do not have, is a clear top prototype, appears to be pre-best, obtained through a reliable source  
Monstercise Best Prototype from the early days, not the later sales
